how to change header

My document has several chapters. How do I make the header to show the
chapter title?

Publisher doesn't support headers, only inasmuch it will insert page numbers. It
is a manual operation.

Long documents are best done in Word.

Mary,

Thanks for your response. I learned a way to do it by creating a master page
for each chapter. In each master page I had different header.
