How to chnge contnts of yllow box seen when resting mouse on file

When I rest my mouse on a file name, it will show a yellow "information" box.
Has the file name, Author, Title... etc. I need to know how to change the
TITLE: in that yellow box, or better yet to delete TITLE: so it is not even
there.

If it is a Word file, then open it, click on File | Properties |
Statistics, delete the Title information, and resave the file.

Actually, the Title field is on the Summary tab of File | Properties.
