How to combine a new message?

Hi!

My problem is to combine a new message based
on some fields placed on MyTaskForm.
Eg. I have 2 edit boxes name and addres.
My goal is to create the mail including
name: (content typed by user)
addres: (content typed by user)

What are the names of the properties that the text boxes are bound to? Look
on the Value tab.
