How to completely remove office 2000

We are having a problem with Outlook loading after installing McAfee.
I would like to completely uninstall Outlook or all of Office and start
over.
When I do the normal uninstall then reinstall, all of the Outlook settings
are still there. Settings like the location of the address book, the email
address and server information, etc.
The original problem is probably McAfee related but I want to start over
fresh with both of them.
