How to convert WORD file for import into Contacts?

I have a WORD 2002 file containing addresses in the format:

John Smith
123 Main St.
Anywhere MA 01075

I want to conver the file so I can import the names with their addresses in
Outlook 2002 contacts. What is the best way to do so?
