how to covert a jpeg to a word document?

I scanned articleand saved as a jpeg i want to put the text in a word
document also use the pictures seperately any ideas how?

basically you can't.

Not without additional software, something that can read the image and
pick out words and attempt to convert it to text. OCR (Optical Character
Recognition) software is used for this.
