How to create lines to divide a page Horizontaly?

I need to make a divider to divide a page into 2 parts, lower and upper, the
divider would be visible when printed.

I need how to make a single line divider or if the feature could be
implemented.

Can't you just use the drawing tools and draw a line?

Does your line need to interact with the text? If not -- just put it
"behind the text" and then you can type as you wish...

Alternatively... if you need to control the text more rigidly, you can use a
two-cell table (two rows and one column), wherein all borders are turned off
except for the line between the 1st and 2nd rows.
