How to customize column width in Ressource Usage report ?

Hi,

When printing the Workload, Ressource Usage report, some of the durations
are stated as #####.##. I tried to make the font smaller but it did'ent help.

How do I make the report readable?

I am using MS Project 2007 SP2.

First of all, by default the Resource Usage report shows Work hours and not
Duration values. Have you edited this Report, by chance, or do you actually
mean Work and not Duration? Regardless, the way to remove the #####.##
symbols is a bit elusive. Here's what to do:

1. Click Report - Reports.
2. Double-click the Workload section.
3. Single-click the Resource Usage report and then click the Edit button.
4. In the Crosstab Report dialog, click the Details tab.
5. Click the Date Format pick list and select a date format that will make
each column wider, such as the Jan 27, '02 format, for example.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Double-click the Resource Usage report.

If this does not solve the problem, choose a wider date format in step #5
above. Please let us know if this helps.
