how to delete a form that pops up on all new mail messages?

Every time I open a new message window there is a template form in the new
message body. I don't know how it got there and I don't know how to delete
it so that it won't be on the next new message. Can anyone help me?

Are you using Word as your editor? Try opening %AppData%\Microsoft\Templates
and deleting the Normal template.
