how to delete to the end of line

Is there a keystroke that will allow me to delete to the end of the line? If
not, is there a way to asign this function to a keystroke?

Pressing Shift+End,Delete will delete to the end of the line. You can record
a macro that performs these keystrokes, and assign the macro to a keyboard
shortcut or a toolbar button.
