Owner,
"Owner" is a pretty open term. It could be the person who generated the
file (File/Properties/Summary tab. It could be the person who uses
Project (Tools/Options/General tab). It could be one of the resources
assigned to one or more tasks. It could be a specifically designated
individual whose name is identified in a spare Project field.

Take your pick.
