How to disable features when forwarding messages?

I forward and edit a lot of E-mail. Outlook has a feature
where it inserts my name every time I try to edit a
forwarded E-mail. I want to turn this feature off, butI
don't know how.

Any help out there?

PLEASE INCLUDE VERSIONS! (done ranting)
In Outlook 2000, I can go to Tools-Options, Preferences tab, Email options
button, and remove "Mark my comments with..."
