How to display a web page as email message content?

Hi,

I want to send out email messages that display a web page (a page on my
website) as the email message content.

How can I accomplish this?

I understand some email clients may only be able to display text...so I want
to know how to handle that situation (e.g. tell recipient to visit the web
page manually)

Any tips, tutorials, etc. would be appreciated.
