How to eliminate virus warning when opening up linked PPt. file??

I have a hyperlink in a ppt. program that will play a video clip. When I
click on the hyperlink button, I keep getting a warning message about a
potential virus and am I sure I want to open this file?? I want to be able to
open up the video clip without getting this warning message. Is there a
security setting that i can change?

Rather than hyperlinking to the file, I suggest that you use Insert > Movies and
Sound > Movie from File. That will ensure that no security message is displayed
when you run your slide show.
