How to Email Project reports

When I select reports in the View portion of the program I can generate a
number of good reports. However, my only option is to print them--no option
to send to others as a report file. Most of the managers at my place have
office (Excel,Powerpoint, and Word) but not MS Project. I need to be able to
make my reports avaiulable to them electronically without them having to have
Project installed on their PC's.

Am I missing something here or is there a way to capture each of the reports
and send them electronically to peoplke who don't have MS procect on their
pc? Thanks.

Unfortunately you are not missing anything. Project's built-in Reports
cannot be saved electronically (at least for viewing by someone without
Project). There are some options however. Go to the MVP website at:
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
and take a look at FAQ 16 - Project Viewer. It lists several options.

you can email them the mpp file and use a microsoft
project viewer for viewing and reporting like
www.projectviewercentral.com

Also, Housatonic Software(www.housatonic.com) offers a
webserver product that allows you to automatically email
project information.
