How To Fix Blank Screen In MS Projects Program?

Puzzled

Can anyone tell me why my existing MS Project files are blank when I now try
in open them? This just ocurred recently, and my IT Dept has tried the MS
online suggested fixes to this problem, but they did not work.

How do I fix this annoying problem??
