How To Fix Blank Screen In MS Projects Program?

Can anyone tell me why my existing files are now blank when I try in open
them? My IT Dept has tried the MS Online suggestions, but none have worked.
How do I fix this very annoying problem?

Can you see any tasks at all? if you add a task, what number does it become?

IT tried the solutions posted by MS, but this did not work.

Mike, yes we have uninstalled and reinstalled the MS Projects 2003 program
and this did not work either.

Still Puzzled.

We need to discover whether your project is at fault, whether it is Project
at fault, or whether it's your PC. Does the symptom occur with other
projects on this PC? Does it occur with this project on other PCs? Does it
occur with other projects on other PCs?

Did you ever get this resolved? I have a client whose tasks also
"disappeared". He still sees the Gannt chart and every associated with the
tasks but no tasks are displayed.
