How to get 'General', 'Security', 'Custom' & 'Summary' tabs for all .ppt files?

If I see the 'Properties' of some of the .ppt files listed in
Explorer, I get these tabs: 'General', 'Security', 'Custom' &
'Summary'.
But, for some other .ppt files, I get only 'General', 'Security'. What
could be the problem? How do I get all the Tabs for these .ppt files?
