Background color--few choices

PPT 2010. Win 7.

I can only get 12 background colors. Shades of grey, grey-white, light
purple and variations. What's up? A few months ago I produced a file,
and had all sorts of choices. I'm using the Design tab.

Solved. It click on the page for a menu. Select color.
