How to get last-used file to open automatically when PPT opens?

I have PowerPoint 2003. In older versions of PowerPoint, when I opened
PowerPoint, whatever document I was working on last would automatically open.
Now, when I open PowerPoint, it starts me with a new presentation. Not a big
deal, but I'd like to skip the step of having to pull up my last presentation
again. Is this possible?
