How to get rid of " drag a column here to group by that column"

At the top of the list of my messages in my INBOX on Outlook, there's a bar
that has suddently appeared that says "Drag a column header here to group by
that column" How can I get rid of that bar? I keep clicking on it by
mistake and everything gets grouped up and I have to undo it all! It's
quite the pain, and I don't know why that bar is there. HELP!!!!
