How to gte the time difference from the same cell

Hi,
I am looking for a function that can add the time
difference between the values from the same cell.

Any help in this regard in highly appreciated

what do you mean with same cell?. For me it's not quite clear what
you're trying to achieve. You may give a short example

My requirement is that

i must add the time for each escalations done, so that my
resolution time will be the difference between created
date time and resolved date time
Eg:
Created date time : 4/16/04 10:05 PM
escalation 1 : 4/16/04 10:25 PM
escalation 2 : 4/16/04 10:45 PM.

How to add the escalations.escalations may or may not
happen
