How to hide my email address in the "From" line of email I send?

When I send an email, in the email message the recipient sees:
"From: Robert Judge {[email protected]}"

I would like to hide my email address so that the recipient only sees:
"From: Robert Judge"

Is this possible, if and if so, how can I accomplish this? I will
appreciate advice.

You can change your display name by going to you Account configuration. Note
that the actual display name also depends on the the receiving client as
well.
