how to i stop the "save a copy on server" from unchecking on outlo

ok guys after being so frustrated trying to get help from microsoft for
anything....without paying..

anyways i have my pop3 mail from "just host.com" configured with outlook. I
am getting the mails the only problem is that it is deleting all the mails
from server. I went to settings and checked "leave copy on server" with
"delete when deleted" the problem is i am not sure at what point those
options uncheck and everything gets deleted from the server. I need to be
able to check email from server as well from different location but i have
lost so many emails.

please help.
