How to import a txt-file to Access or MYSQL by delphi?

Try post to a Borland/Delphi ng, its a public newserver, I recollect.

And I think Access 97/2000(I can't remember) onwards already supports data
import with text files...

For text files, in Access go to File/Get External Data/ and click
Import.
