How to import contacts in hotmail to outlook?

I got a lot of contacts in my hotmail account which i have @msn.com Its a
free account. And I recently setup Outlook 2003 for my e-mail address.

It downloaded all mails and folders correctly, but it didnt download a
single contact in my hotmail account.

I've looked through help and it shows how to export from Outlook to Hotmail
but not from Hotmail to Outlook. Any suggestions or ideas?
