How to insert built-in figures?

A

Andy Chan

Dear all,

I want to insert build-in figures (white or black rectangles drawn in MS
Word) by an IF statement. How can I do? Actually, I want to do something
like this...

{IF {MERGEFIELD Gender}="M" "1" "0"}

But I don't want to see "1" or "0". Instead, I want a rectangle in black or
white. Can figures be inserted like this? Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
Andy

Save the rectangles as autotext entries and insert autotext fields in place
of 1 and 0.
You can insert most things between the quote marks, but autotext fields make
complex structures simpler to handle.
