How to insert toolbar icons in a document or slide

Can someone sort out this for me? I wish to prepare a training slide but I
need to include toolbar icons to illustrate them to the audience. How do I
achieve this?

Allapo,
Best thing to do is to use a program like SnagIt, with this you can capture
screenshots, in your case there is an option to capture an object
(button-toolbar-window). If you don't have the resources to buy SnagIt or
something similar, the simple PrtScr key (Alt+PrtScr for a window) on your
keyboard will deliver a screenshot which you can paste and edit (or select
parts from) in Paint for instance. Personally I often use IrfanView (free)
next to SnagIt to edit and save a screenshot.
