How to Justify Text

J

My Publisher (2002) help does not contain the instructions
for justifying text - could someone please tell me how to
do this?

I've done a search in this newsgroup but it seems no-one
else has this problem :)

Do you have your formatting toolbar turned on? From left to right, mine
has boxes for font selection, formatting - bold italic underline, then
the justification symbols - left, centered, right, justified, etc.....

Hope this helps.

There does not seem to be anyting in the Help either.
Right click on a blank part of the tool bar at the top then left click
beside Formatting.
If what you need is not now in the tool bar, Right click on a blank area
again and left click Customise and drag what you need to the Format bar.

I can't believe I was that dumb! It was right in front of
my eyes and I didn't see it - Thank you so much! I can
only put it down to having a senior's moment :)

You can also put your cursor in the paragraph and hit Ctrl-J. For an entire
article, select all the text with Ctrl-A and then use Ctrl-J. These old
shortcuts are often faster than the mouse.
