how to limit edit access to certain users for a shared workbook?

Pam Deshazier, SRHS

have a shared workbook in a folder on a network drive. about 20 people have
access to the folder and its contents, but i only want 5 of them to be able
to edit my shared workbook - not all 20 of them. how do i limit this access?
