How to mail Presentation with embeded song

Only wav files can be embedded

If your file is not a wav (mp3?) you may use the free program Cdex to add a
riff wav header and it will then embed or some other prog to convert to wav

To make sure wavs always embed

Tools > options>general

Change the "link sounds with file size greater than" to 50000

If you want to send the mp3 as a link
Put the mp3 in a folder with the presentation > reinsert it and email the
folder

Try creating a new folder then save your presentation and song file into that
folder.
Reestablish your link to the song.
Right click on the folder, then Send to > Compressed (ZIP) folder
Attached this to your email
