How to maintain mulitiple column format when I output to Word

I have an Access report that has a two column snake format. When I output
this to Word so that clipart can be inserted, it loses the column formating.
It looks like two columns but it is actually only one. Therefore, if you
insert clipart, it messes the layout up completely.

How can I maintain this two column format when outputting or exporting to
Word?
