How do you put in a line on a document where you can leave a line blank for a signature, or also how do you put in a line on a form you are making where you can go to that line and just type in someone's name and the line does not move?

How do you put in a line on a document where you can leave a line blank for a signature, or also how do you put in a line on a form you are making where you can go to that line and just type in someone's name and the line does not move?

Probably the easiest way to do this is to set a tab where you want the
line to start, and set another tab where you want the line to end.
Format the tab associated the end point to have a "line" leader.

Best way is by inserting a one column, one row table that only has a bottom
