How to make simple XSL transforms for Word content?

I would like to be able to apply XSL transforms to Word XML content that
would allow me to open the same content in multiple Word templates with
different designs (i.e. different header and footer for same main content.)

Hi Anchoy,

I am starting out with XML into Word, and trying to do something similar. I
want to take xml data and use it to form the content of a Word document which
is formatted for print. I know you can transform xml into html but I don't
know any way to trnasform into Word.

Please let me know of you have made any progress or can point me in the
right direction.
