How to manage clients information in MS Project 2003 Pro + Server

Hi,
I am wondering what is the best way to manage clients information in MS
Project 2003 Pro + Server?
Currently I add some fields for project property to hold client information
(such as client company name, address and contact details).But some projects
are come from same company and I don't want put those information again and
again.
Is there any way to have MS Project 2003 link with client information
database (Access or Excel)?
Or how to put all clients infromation in one table in MS Project 2003 and
link the records with project?
