how to obtain PPT

i have basically a 'dumb' question. I hae the PPT viewer to watch PPT shows
that i receive via internet or school projects-BUT is there a program called
power point that one can use to creat such shows?
I dont have Word installed in my pc and know how to make a presentation
using another program-but does power point have such a program-thanks

of PowerPoint available for you to purchase. Because you sound like your a
