How to open an HTML attachment

I have received an e-mail in Outlook Express and it has an
HTML attachment. I can not open the attachment. In the
attachment window it is just pale type.

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
