How to open mulitple projects in one instance of Publisher?

When I click file new, publisher opens another instance. I would like
multiple projects in one Publisher window. How do I do that?

There is no way to open multiple Publisher documents in one window, and
never has been.
Multiple windows is the only way.

There is still the tiling... Right-click the quick launch toolbar, tile vertically or
horizontally...
