How to place a countdown timer on a slide?

M

Mike Barnard

Hi.

Yes, I know it's been covered before but all the messages relating to
timers are now off my server except one. This gives a pointer to a
VBA script, a subject I know little about.

I'm doing a series of talks for the local scouts so they can get their
Firefighters badge. It;'s the last session and I want to include a
timer slide for their exam, starting at fifteen minutes and counting
down to the end of the exam. (No, there's no clock in the room).
It's a bit late for tonight, but I'd like to include it in future
sessions.

Anyone got pointers, for a non techie, please? Thanks.

FWIW, you can always find archived newsgroup posts at
