We are trying to create forms based on an existing Access database. We are a
service company and I want to be able to populate a form with parent data
(customer name and address etc) when I select an item in a child field (the
equipment they have) so when I fill out a service form, I can select the
equipment by its unique equipment ID number and then get all the parent info
displayed.
The Equipment ID is actually located in a table several "child levels" below
the parent (ie Customer-Job-Location-Equipment).
Also looking to set up form to allow option to filter down through
customer-job-location tables and get equipment ID when the equipment ID
number is not known beforehand. Thanks
