To answer your second question first, although Publisher is included in some
versions of Office 2003, the one you purchased with your new Dell apparently
did not include it.
As for the first, choose Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and
Labels. On the Labels tab, click Options. Select an appropriate Avery label
number (such as 5371, 5372, 5376, or 5377) for business cards and click OK.
Click New Document to get a sheet of cards. They're set up as a table, so be
sure you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can
see the card boundaries. Set up one card in the first table cell, select the
cell and Copy, select the entire table, and Paste.
