I would like to know how to make it so that all of the
content on my web site is secure and no one can right
click on any of the content ie; text, photos, and save it
to there hard drive. Using Front Page 2000

Thanks in advance.

You can't. By the time its rendered the files exist on the end user's
machine in the temp folder. At best you will merely annoy visitors with
legitimate reasons to right-click.

even if you disable right click pictures are easily available by several
means. If you really want to protect your graphics don't post them. :)
