how to re-use outlook default form ?

hi,

when I try to open some messages, I get the error "unable to open the
custom form. Outlook will use and outlook form instead" (<- may not be
the exact message, translated from french).

I click OK and the message open as any other message. the same message
opens without any error on the other PC.

it seems to me that Outlook try to open some custom form as default form
for these message but I did not changed anything on my PC (at least I
can't remember I changed anything). I tried to repair Outlook with the
standart install but this changed nothing.

how can I tell Outlook to use the default form for messages ?

Try this..

Search for "FRMCACHE.DAT" file and rename the file to "FRMCACHE.OLD"...
I am sure that should take of this issue..

no this did not fixed my problem. I both tried the builtin "purge
form cache" and to rename FRMCACHE.DAT before restarting Oultook but I
still get the same error
