how to recover deleted emails

Dear Genius:

I accidentally deleted some emails in the folder "Deleted
Items" in Outlook. How can I recover them? I am currently
using Win2k and Outlook 2000. I did not archive the emails.

You cannot if you deleted them from the Deleted Items file. They are gone
unless you are using an Exchange server for mail and the admin has Deleted
Items Recovery turned on.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
