How to remove definitely Warning security

1. I created digital signature before create mde file.

2. I created install package with access developer extensions.

3. I install this package in my computer (where I created digital signature
and where I created the package). The application opened without problems,
without warnings.

4. I try to install the application in another computer, without access 2003
and when I opened the application, come WARNING SECURITY. I click yes and
then come another warning security talking about digital signature. I go to
details and I install the digital signature. I closed the application and
when I open again, the warning comes again. I'm frustrated with these
warnings, definitely, I hate this digital signatures.

Question
How can remove programmatically and definitely the digital signature? I
mean, the user install the application in any computer and then open it and
doesn't see warning security.

Please, the procedure, go to macro, security and select low, I don't need.
This is an application and the user doesn't know to do this procedure.
