How to remove protection?

Hi,

I am unable to unprotect the word 2007 document, when i do inspect document
it says it is protected, whereas when i go and see the reveiw box it shows
unrestricted access.

Please help

On the Review tab, click Protect Document, and then click Restrict
Formatting and Editing. In the task pane, click Stop Protection to turn it
off.
