How to reset "show this message again" checkbox

In Office in general and Excel specifically we all get the messages "Don't
show this message again" and "Show this message again" with a checkbox to
uncheck. I have unchecked one that I want to reset. How do I do this?

I was hoping to not be this specific because I think there are lots, like
dozens, of these warnings in Excel and Office products but mine is related to
an addin that allows transferring data from an iSeries computer to Excel and
the message is that you can only do this from the first excel window that is
opened. I disabled this message so now when I do it in a secondary excel
window it just does nothing. After about 3 times of this I remember that the
message told me to only do this in my primary Excel window. Most message are
common sense so once I see them I disable them. Unfortunately, I can't
remember others at the moment.
