how to reuse 3 navigational drop downs.

Hi,

I need to find the best way to create 3 dropdowns (aligned horizontally)
that are used to navigate to different pages.

The dropdowns appear on about 20 pages and I need a way to edit one set of
these combos and have the edits appear on the twenty pages.

I just don't know the best way to go about this ... should I use an include
file? Does FrontPage allow you to create code snippets that one can embed
on different pages?

I'd love for the solution to allow me to view the combo boxes while in
design mode.

Pleas help.
