Hi Lune Soleil,

Office 2000 is not 'for Windows 2000'. It isntalls and runs on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP, out of the box :)

Office 2000 will run on Windows XP. You should read your Office
2000 End User License Agreement to make sure you are allowed to
transfer the software from your old computer to your new
computer. Generally: 1) if Office came preinstalled on your old
computer by the computer manufacturer, then you cannot transfer
it to your new computer; and 2) if you purchased a retail copy of
Office separately from your old computer, then you can transfer
it to your new computer.
