How to see what Outlook is actually dialing?

Is there a way to see what numbers Outlook is actually
dialing?

I am trying to trouble shoot Outlook dialing my calling
card (long distance within my area code).
The dialing rules appear correct as far as I can tell, but
I would like to see what Outlook is really dialing.
I am using Outlook2000 on Win2000.
